  • Special Considerations

    Bank Statements & supporting documents should be in PDF format and downloaded directly from source.


    Transfer of utilities must be completed prior to possession of keys & cards or other access credentials.


    All Requested / Required Documentation must be uploaded in a timely manner. 


    ( Failure to meet set deadlines can result in nullification / cancelation of application & Service ).


    Aswell as the possible loss of Deposit or other invested funds.


    Required Documentation will vary and is contingent to HOA / Owner requirements.
