Transfer of utilities must be completed prior to posession of keys & cards or other access credentials.
All Requested / Required Documentation must be uploaded in a timely manner.

Payment Structure

FLAT CONSULTING FEE : Agreed cost for requested Consulting & Guiding services and/or Personal Assistance completing specified tasks, and document managment.
