Payment Structure

PERCENTAGE :  8% - 15 % Of Total Yearly Rent

1 MONTH'S RENT : Total Yearly Rent, devide by 12

SPLIT COMMISION : 50/50 with listing Brokerage

FLAT CONSULTING FEE : Agreed cost for requested Consulting & Guiding services and/or Personal Assistance completing specified tasks, and document managment.
